Poblano's Story

Meet Poblano! This young tuxedo girl took her time deciding to come in from the streets, carefully observing our trappers for weeks before choosing indoor life. Back then, she was a true spicy poblano, cautious and unsure, but in her foster home she’s mellowed into much more of a bell pepper.<br/><br/>Now, Poblano enjoys weaving around your legs at mealtime, chasing balls and wand toys, and settling in for a peaceful cuddle on your lap. She’ll do best in a calm, patient home where she can move at her own pace. She may start off a bit shy, but once she feels safe, her affectionate and playful side really shines. Wand toys are a favorite, and she can happily chase them for hours.<br/><br/>Poblano loves other cats and would be thrilled to befriend a resident kitty or be adopted with her buddy Serrano (be sure to check out her profile!).
