Pluto has the most adorable meow. It is almost like a quiet chatter. He is a lovebug though and just leans right into you for pets, cuddles, and attention.
He is the sweetest boy and loves dinner time. Easy going and great personality.

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
