PLUTO

Summer is here! Warmer weather is here and so are lots of kittens and older cats that need homes! Please consider adopting- especially some of our older residents! Maybe even two kittens or cats? Remember every cat you adopt actually saves TWO cats lives and help countless more cats & kittens! When you adopt one cat, it makes room to save another! Win! Win! The kitties thank you too!

This is Pluto!
Pluto is a domestic short haired grey tabby and white, neutered male, up to date on his shots, around 8 months old. Pluto is available for adoption to be an indoor ONLY cat from Griffith Animal Control/Treasured Friends Rescue in Northwest Indiana!

Hello! My name is Pluto! You wouldn't happen to be looking for two kitties, would you? I'd love to find a forever home with my brother, Jupiter! He is a grey tabby and white too! I can be adopted by myself, but I'd love to get a home with Jupiter. He is under a separate listing on Petfinder if you would like to see him too!
Okay! About me! Jupiter and I came to the shelter as kittens and we STILL havent found our forever homes yet! I'm afraid if I don't get a home soon, my first birthday will be celebrated at the shelter. I still haven't lost hope though.
I promise, I'm a very happy and sweet boy that loves pets! I love to play too! I play hard and love hard too! I also love wet food and toys! That's it! That all I need!
I know someone is looking for a cute kitty (or two!) and will finally give me a forever home! I really just want a person (or a family) to love me. I know I'm not a young kitten anymore, but I still have a lot of kitten in me! I don't feel like I've even gotten to be a kitten yet!
Come see me ( and Jupiter) at the shelter!! We both like other kitties and to play, so a home with another kitty (with the proper introduction) would be great or we are fine by ourselves. We are both good kitties, so older kids are okay too. Not sure about dogs though.
If you're looking for an older kitten in your life, its me (and Jupiter) you need!! Trust me! Please make an appointment to come and see me at the shelter! I can't wait to meet you!

Please call 219-922-1766 to meet Pluto (and Jupiter!) Also, please fill out an adoption application which can be found online at TreasuredFriendsRescue.org or follow the link from our profile at Petfinder ( scroll all the way down for the link!)
*****************************************
Griffith Animal Control, in partnership with Treasured Friends Animal Rescue believes in giving kitties that others wouldn't give a chance, a helping hand at getting a forever home. Our volunteers work with shy and/or unsocialized kitties everyday to gain their trust to show them they are safe and no one will hurt them. However, when the kitties go to a new home, some will require extra time to get used to new surroundings and different people. Please consider giving a kittie who might need a little time to get used to a new home, a chance. This is a serious commitment and it sets the kitties back in their level of trust if they are given up after a few weeks or months. We are always here to help with any questions Please, only apply if you are an experienced cat owner or are willing to provide patience and good forever home.
Thank you!
