Pixie's Story

Pixie is a sleek, 8 month old, green-eyed beauty! Though she started her journey at the shelter feeling very scared and shy, she has made incredible strides in her confidence. Pixie has learned that human touch is a wonderful thing and has become a calm, accepting girl who is ready to find her place in the world. She is a gentle youngster who just needs a patient adopter to help her continue to blossom at her own pace. She is looking for a home with another cat who is searching for a true buddy to bond and play with. Having a feline friend is essential for Pixie to feel safe and happy. Because of her shy and timid demeanor, Pixie requires a peaceful environment without any dogs or children under 12 years old. While she can be adopted on her own into a home with an existing cat, her sister Daisy is also looking for a home! They aren't a bonded pair, but they are great roommates who would love to start their new lives together in a quiet, loving home. Pixie's adoption fee is $225.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
