Pixel Bug (Bonded to Penelope)'s Story
I’m Ashley, Pixel Bug's foster mom. Pixel Bug and her sister, Penelope, are a bonded pair up for adoption together.

PixelBug came from a backyard litter and has that slightly independent streak, but she still loves pets and being near her person. She’s playful and curious, especially when it comes to toys (the ball tower is her favorite) and will happily chase treats around the room like it’s a game.

Penelope showed up on my back porch as a tiny kitten with no mama in sight. She was a little shy at first, but she’s come a long way and now seeks out attention from her people. She’s playful, sweet, and very food-motivated — treats are definitely the way to her heart.

Penelope and PixelBug are best friends — they play together, chase each other around the house, and then curl up side by side for naps like nothing ever happened. Watching them go from full-speed zoomies to a snuggle pile is kind of their thing.

Together, they are playful, gentle, and easygoing. They’d do best in a quieter home where they can run, play, and then settle in for cozy naps together — exactly how they like it. Therefore they will not do well with small children or dogs.

At Meowtown, we don’t have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They’re not waiting to become housecats… they already are. They just need a house.

Born 04/09/2025

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact my rescue family at MeowtownAR@gmail.com to arrange a visit with my foster home!Born
