Pistachio's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Pistachio! Pistachio was found with his mother and siblings in August after they had been locked in a dog crate and abandoned on a side road in the summer heat. A kind neighbor found the cats and made sure they were safely placed with us.

Despite his tough start, Pistachio is a sweet and loving guy. He is about 9-10 months old, with a lot of kitten energy and charm. Stach lives for playtime, running, wrestling, chasing toys, and zooming through tunnels. He’s curious about everything, always on the move, and loves a good game of chase with other cats. Got a wand toy or a jingly ball? Pistachio will be your immediate new best friend.

When the day winds down, Pistachio is also a total sweetheart who enjoys cuddling up to relax after all his fun. He’s great with other cats, does well with gentle kids, and should adjust easily to dogs. He would thrive in a home with another playful feline friend.

Pistachio's adoption fee of $100

includes

negative test for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), neuter surgery, feline leukemia, FVRCP, and Rabies vaccines,

de-worming, topical flea protection, and a microchip.

For those viewing on Petfinder, please apply by clicking on More About Rose's Rescue - you may fill out adoption application from there.
