Pippy's Story

Pippy: A Pocketfull of Purrs

Meet Pippy, a petite 7-month-old short-haired beauty dressed in snowy white with charming tabby accents, like a little artist added stripes at the last moment. She may be small, but her heart is enormous. Her fur is unbelievably soft, bunny-soft, the kind that invites “just one more cuddle” and then somehow turns into an hour.

Pippy adores people and wants to be part of whatever you're doing, whether that's lounging on the couch or bustling around the house. She's a champion snuggler with a playful streak, happily switching between toy time and cuddle time without missing a beat. She also does well with other cats and would love a feline friend to keep her company.

Because she's still young and full of kitten energy, Pippy needs to be adopted into a home with another young cat who can be her playmate, nap buddy, and partner in gentle chaos.

Sweet, social, and perfectly petite, Pippy is the kind of kitten who fits right into the rhythm of a home and makes it warmer just by being there.

Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption).

All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion.

Location: Bolton, CT
Adoption Fee: $300

She's a champion snuggler with a playful streak, happily switching between toy time and cuddle time without missing a beat. Paws 4 Life Animal Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
ADOPTION PROCESS Our goal is to match the right pet with the right adopter. This means we approach each adoption opportunity in a unique way. One of our adoption specialists will meet (in person, or by phone) with you to learn about your "ideal pet." We take into consideration lifestyle, family dynamic, desired personality traits and an adopter's overall objective in bringing a new pet into their home and make recommendations on which of our pets may be a good fit. ADOPTION SUPPORT We understand that bringing a new pet into your home can be a little stressful. It can take time for a new animal to settle in, and you may have questions about behavior or routine. When we adopt out a pet to a new home, we are available to answer any questions that come up - and to support the new adopter with any special needs they may have related to in-home adjustment. Because our pets are fostered in private homes, we can let you know what's normal, what's not and how to address any initial challenges you may have. FEES Adoption fees vary by animal, and take into consideration age, breed and other characteristics. We strive to keep adoption fees reasonable and many of our animals receive veterinary care at costs that far exceed the adoption fee. Adoption fees are listed on each animal's description. WHAT'S INCLUDED All of our adoptable animals receive age-appropriate vaccines, are spayed/neutered (at age-appropriate time), have a microchip and are tested for species-specific diseases. They also go home with a certificate for one month of FREE pet insurance through Trupanion.
