She may be a little shy at first but she typically comes out of her shell quickly once she gets to know you. She’s a pretty girl with unique markings. She likes to play, cuddle, and gets along well with other cats and kittens. Pippi has been in a foster home with dogs and didn’t seem to mind the dog once she got used to it!<br><br><br/><br/>Pippi has adjusted so well from having such a horrible start in life. She is one of three kittens and three adult cats taken in from an extreme neglect case. The cats were starving, emaciated, sick from neglect, some had broken bones and all had sores from extreme neglect. With good nutrition, great medical care, and lots of love and attention, the cats are now healthy and ready for to be adopted. Pippi went from neglected and possibly abused orphan to healthy and happy kitten. Although her foster home is better than any orphanage, she’s hoping you’ll adopt her and she’ll no longer be an orphan and will have a forever home in time for the holidays. <br><br><br/><br/><br/>Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.
