Piper's Story

Piper is a light-orange beauty with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She came from a hoarding situation where she was raising kittens, and now that they’re growing up, she’s ready for a home that’s all her own.

Piper is very vocal — she loves to meow hello when you walk into the room and isn’t shy about asking for attention. She enjoys being near her people, especially if it involves soft blankets, a sunny spot, and gentle pets. She’s affectionate, curious, and full of personality.

She also has a bit of a diva streak. Piper likes things her way and isn’t afraid to show it. She gets along with most other cats once she’s had the chance to assert her place — she’s confident, and she likes to be in charge, but once the boundaries are set, she coexists well with others.

Piper is FeLV-positive (feline leukemia), which means she’ll need to be an indoor-only cat and live either as a solo cat or with other FeLV-positive companions. She’s currently healthy, doing well, and just needs the same loving care and regular vet checkups any cat would.

If you're looking for a confident, chatty, and affectionate cat who brings both charm and character into your home, Piper might be the perfect fit. She’s been through a lot, but she’s still full of love — and ready to share it!

Submit an application: https://www.furballsofatlanta.org/piper
