PINK NOSE's Story

Hi, my name is PINK NOSE! I was born in the care of a nice couple who took in my mom when she was noticeably pregnant with my siblings and I. They kept us warm and fed through the winter and continue to take care of us. The couple have offered us a shed to stay in, which keeps us safe, but we would love a home of our own. By the time you adopt me, I will have been spayed, microchipped and up to date on my shots. This is a courtesy post for Mr and Mrs Dankers so there is no adoption fee. Please give them a call with questions and to set up a date to meet me and my siblings. 561-516-9391.

Hiawatha Animal Humane Society's Adoption Policy

We do not have a shelter. All of our rescued, rehabilitated and then adoptable animals are cared for by volunteer foster families and treated like one of their own family pets while they await placement in their forever homes. We may have as many as 15 -20 dogs or cats available for adoption, or occasionally none for a short time. If you don’t see what you are looking for now, please revisit us again soon because our numbers change frequently!
