Meet Pierogi! <br/><br/>Pierogi is a petite 6-pound beauty. She came to us with one kitten and after being the sweetest, most devoted mama, she's ready for a home of her own.<br/><br/>Pierogi has a bit of a diva streak. She knows what she likes and isn't shy about it! She gets along well with both adult cats and kittens in her foster home, but she'll always make sure you know she's the princess. <br/><br/>At night, Pierogi loves curling up on the bed near you. She's not a lap cat, but she does want to stay close and be part of whatever you're doing. Very food-motivated, she can't resist Temptations treats, which makes bonding with her extra easy!<br/><br/>Pierogi does have luxating patellas. We have had our general vet and an orthopedic specialist examine her. Both have independently confirmed she is not in pain, it's congenital, and she has a good quality of life so nothing needs to be done! She does need her food monitored so she doesn't put on more weight, so she gets exactly what it says on the bag in the morning and wet food at night!<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, quirky, independent companion who will keep you smiling, Pierogi may be your perfect match.<br/><br/>Adoption fee: $100<br/><br/>***Please Note: We do not offer same-day adoptions. If you are interested in adopting a bonded pair or two kittens, please indicate this on your application as preference is given to applicants seeking to adopt in pairs. Please also note that adoption fees are non-negotiable and we do not offer discounts.***<br/><br/>We want adopters to thoughtfully consider the lifelong commitment of a pet. As a volunteer-run rescue, we cannot always process paperwork immediately after meet-and-greets.
