Pie's Story

Yes, she’s orange - and a girl—a rare combo. Pie is a distemper survivor. She’s been through it. As a kitten, Pie was shy, skittish, and understandably unsure of the world—after all, she’d spent most of her early days being poked, prodded, and passed around by vets. But here at B4C, Pie found something new: peace, friendship, and a place to grow. She’s now a full-fledged member of our chaotic little family—chasing tub balls, wrestling with her buddies and expressing her deepest gothy feelings when the mood strikes. Like any teenager, she went through a grumpy phase (we supported it), but she’s softening with age. These days, Pie is cautiously curious about love. She’s not quite a lap cat—but she’s getting closer. One day at a time. With the right home—one that’s quiet, patient, and full of gentle encouragement— Pie will continue to blossom. She’s looking for someone who sees her, gives her space, and lets her love in her own time. And when she does, she’ll love you deeply, weirdly, and completely. Like family.

****

Brozanski for Cats believes that no cat should be left outside. We work to find homes for feral cats and kittens by partnering with local TNR programs. With patience, care, and socialization, cats considered "unadoptable" can become wonderful friends and family members. All of our adoptees are TNRH rescues, saved from a life outdoors and are ready for a loving home.
