She will start purring the moment you begin petting her. She loves cuddles and sleeping on your lap. She'll claim your bed as her own and graciously allow you to sleep there too. She is very affectionate with her litter mates and mother, and will love to have other kitten or adult cat siblings around the house. This all black, 4 month old kitten could be the cutest new member of your family! Pickles and her siblings (Jean-Claude Van Damme and Night Eyes) are scheduled to be spayed/neutered on Nov 4. If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as 'available for adoption', that means the animal is still in DPR's care. *Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up 'curb side'. Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *<br/><br/>DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:<br/>Initial vet visit Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)Distemper vaccinationSNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart wormBroad spectrum dewormers Monthly flea/tick preventative Ear mite preventative The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
