Pickles's Story

Meet "Mr. Personality" Pickles! Once you gain his trust, this fellow follows his favorite volunteer caregivers around at the Animal Advocates. Pickles loves treats and playtime with wand toys. He's not necessarily a cuddler or going to snuggle on your lap, but Pickles's is social and people oriented. When people say their cat is more like a dog, that is Pickles. He lives comfortably at the rescue with other cats and seems to get along with even some of the "bolder" alpha cats in the room.

Pickles came to the rescue because of the kindness of good samaritans who found him hanging with a colony of community cats and in need of care. While his history is unknown, we do know Pickles would be perfect for someone looking for a cat who strikes a balance between "kitten" energy and playfulness with a laid back, easy to love demeanor.

Pickles has big golden-green eyes and striking dark brown and black tabby markings that make him standout. His birthday is approximated in August 2024. He has tested negative for Felv/FIV, up-to-date on vaccinations, treated for fleas/dewormed as well as neutered and microchipped. If you are interested in meeting a cat, the first step is to complete an online application located at animaladvocates.net (under the "Adopt" menu). Thank you for considering a rescue cat from Animal Advocates!
