He also has a playful side and loves to hide, sneak around, and pounce on his foster friend James. <br/><br/>And we have to mention his face—Phoenix somehow manages to look permanently offended or mildly concerned about everything happening around him, which just makes him even more lovable. <br/><br/>Phoenix would do best with a family willing to give him a little time to settle in and show them what a sweet, snuggly boy he really is.
