Her life was saved weeks later when she was rushed to the hospital with acute mastitis and sepsis. Slowly recovering, Phoenix turned out to be a sweet, affectionate cat, who, surprisingly, is very playful. She loves to bat her toys around and chase them down the hall. She gets along well with other cats and loves to hang out near her human. She is OK with older kids.
