She is selective about who she likes to snuggle with among the other foster cats. Phoebe doesn't cause any problems and is easy-going when it comes to new cats coming into the rescue. She would enjoy having someone to sit with, sleep with, and snuggle with when they are available. She would do well with older children; she has been in a home with a small dog a year ago. However, she seems intimidated by large dogs.
