Hi, I’m Phoebe! I’m a luxurious indoor life kitten. I’m a silky-soft sweet girl with the loudest purr you’ve ever heard! I want to be heard. I can be a bit sneaky (or smart, as my foster mom calls me). I like to climb, open drawers, and I even figured out how to turn off the radio. Yup, don’t try to play the news with me around. I like dance music. I love, love, love a wand toy! I’ll play with it for hours if you can keep up! I also have some impressive zoomie skills. I recently started showing interest in my foster mom’s lap, so I have potential to be a lap kitty, but right now I have too much energy to sit still for long!<br/><br/>Are you interested in adopting Phoebe or another JCAPL pet you have seen?
