Phoebe was quick to come into the home and showed little interest in leaving. Although Phoebe likes people, she absolutely does NOT like other cats and becomes aggressive towards them. She learned to somewhat tolerate a small, aging and very calm dog from a distance. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Phoebe needs someone who will give her plenty of love, care, and affection.
