Hi Phoebe here to say hello!<br/><br/>I am a sweet 5 month of Dilute Torti girl looking for my forever home. I came into rescue as a newborn with my mom and siblings after being found outside. <br/><br/>I have been raised in a foster home with kids, cats and dogs! I am sweet and playful and love to soak up attention. I enjoy playing and running around chasing after toys. <br/><br/>I am available for a local foster to adopt home! I am not old enough to be spayed just yet but I have been vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped and dewormed. Once my spay is completed my adoption can be finalized! My spay appointment is covered with my adoption fee and the rescue will schedule that appointment for my new owners. <br/><br/>PBAA has a $100 non refundable adoption fee which helps cover the cost of vetting for sweet Phoebe.
