Meet Phineas, a 6 month old neutered male who came to the shelter as a stray back in June. Phineas hasn't gotten much attention since his arrival and we truly can't imagine why. He's fluffy, he's friendly, and he's full of quirks. He's a bit of a weird guy, really, but it just makes him all the more lovable. Stop by the shelter to meet him and experience all of his eccentricities today!<br/><br/>To meet Phineas in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday during our normal business hours.
