Sweet boy Philly, he's only Phillip in professional settings, is such a good boy. He may take a few to check a new person out but once he knows he is among friends he really turns on the charm.<br/><br/>Overall Philly is a really chill dude. We aren't sure what he would think of a home with other cats or dogs but we think a home where he was the focus would be great for him.
