Phillip is a very loving, special boy with cerebellar hypoplasia. Phillip is a weeble wobble, from his bottom half! Despite this, he is super sweet and loves attention. He is 6 years old, neutered, up to date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies vaccination, dewormer, and flea prevention (he has a flea allergy, so he must be kept up to date).
