Philbert's Story

Philbert isn't quite sure how to fully be a house cat just yet when it comes to asking for attention and may benefit from a family or single individual who has more experience with cats. He is also prone to overstimulation and will get mouthy so its best his future family be aware of this and familiar with overstimulation in cats. He is on a twice daily medication to help with "taking the edge off" so to say and may require it lifelong. He would also do best in a home as a solo cat and with no children. We do not know how he feels towards dogs.

Please note:
- Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed.
-Applications can be downloaded from our website. (http://neenahanimalshelter.org/how-to-adopt.html)
- Our shelter has open visiting hours for cats, however pre-approved application are needed prior to an adoption. Appointments may be scheduled with an approved application as well, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate same day adoptions.
- Approved applications are required prior to meeting any of our dogs.
