Meet Phil!<br/> <br/>Phil is a handsome 2-year-old black and white boy with bright yellow green eyes! He has unique markings! Phil is a funny guy, always rolling over...acting silly...wide-eyed & nosey... He is quite playful...in his own little world. He has discovered his foster moms lap, acting all content like he's discovered his purpose.<br/><br/>Phil loves to play! He was rescued from a life on the streets and now that he's in a foster home he's loving his new life! There are a lot of cats at his foster home and he likes to play with them but he does seem a bit overwhelmed. We think once he's in a home alone or with one other cat he will be ok. We think maybe a female cat would be best for Phil!<br/><br/>Phil is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV.<br/><br/>All of our cats and kittens are adopted as indoor-only pets, where they’ll be safest and loved the most. We don’t want anything bad to happen to these precious babies!<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who’ll fill your home with love and laughter, Phil might be the perfect match!<br/><br/>Phil is currently being fostered in TN.
