Phil's Story

Phil is a funny, friendly talkative guy. He loves to have pets and will do head bumps for them! He gets along with the other cats and loves to sit close to you. He isn't exactly a lap cat yet, but does like to be close and will help you with what you're doing 😁. Phil came to us with a broken pelvis and has since healed and had the FHO surgery for his hip. He does walk with a slight limp from the injury but it doesn't stop him from pursuing you for pets 😊
