Meet Phil

Phil was found in a box behind a CVS with his 2 bros. He was the smallest of the three--just please don't call him the "runt of the litter", because he has a huge heart and capacity for love. At 8-months-old, he loves his foster fam and is an absolute purr machine--he's always in the mood for a cuddle and a snack! He's also playful, curious and patient with the little people in the house. Phil's ideal home will have another cat, but he can also be adopted as your "one and only".
