Phil is approximately 3 months old and he’s a chubby, easy to handle kitten! He was rescued with his siblings at mobile home park that has large feral cat population. Phil is being fostered with his sister and they spend their days playing and being silly. He especially loves the adult cats in his foster home, which makes us think a home with a sweet cat would be ideal. He has had shots and other age appropriate vet care. We also have an appointment set up for neuter in January. Please note that we do not adopt to people who plan on declawing and we are not in favor of adopting tiny pets to families with kids under 8 years old.
