Phantom's Story

I have had a tough life so far, and I have the scars to show for it. I am FIV positive and have a scar on my right eye. But I am super friendly and would love a forever home! All adopters must be > 21 years old, live in a place that allows animals, keep them indoors only, do NOT declaw them, and keep up with necessary innoculations.
