Hello, I'm Phantom! I'm a black and white tuxedo boy kitty, and I'm 3 months old! I am a bit skittish, but you can pet me! I am learning all about how this place works, and who people are and while I'm a bit uncertain about that, I do like to play with toys! I like fuzzy balls and mice, and springs, too! I will be a lot more confident with my new furever family, I'm sure! There is a photo of me with Martian, the brown tabby and white kitty.<br/><br/>The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.<br/>Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
