PETUNIA

Petunia's journey began when she was found all alone outdoors at just six weeks old back in late August. Life hadn't been easy for this tiny kitten. When she arrived in rescue, she was suffering from an upper respiratory infection and several parasites. Thanks to prompt veterinary care, lots of TLC, and a safe place to recover, Petunia has made an incredible transformation and is now gaining healthy weight and thriving. At first, Petunia was understandably scared and unsure of the world around her. With patience and kindness from her foster mom, she has blossomed into a loving and trusting little girl. These days, she greets her foster mom with excitement and eagerly enjoys one of her favorite activities: eating treats and meals right from her hand. Petunia is a sweet kitten who loves snuggles, ear scratches and being held. Watching her confidence grow has been a joy, and she's ready to continue her journey with a forever family who will cherish her gentle spirit. Petunia is litter trained, FIV/FeLV negative, up to date with vaccinations and will be spayed soon. If you're looking for a resilient little survivor with a loving heart and a story of hope, Petunia may be the perfect addition to your family.

If you would like to meet Petunia, or for more information, please email PetRescueOfMercer@gmail.com or put in a non-binding dog adoption application on our website: https://www.petrescueofmercer.org/dogadoptionapp

Applicants must live within 60 min of Hamilton, NJ to be considered.
