Peter Piper's Story

I'm a gentle 3 yr old neutered male who was found at a factory with multiple injuries. I don't really want to recall my first 3 yrs of life but I was on the last of my nine lives when I was rescued by some workers at a local business. I was really skinny and full of scratches and large wounds. The worst of my pain was in one of my front legs, I couldn't even walk on it! I could see inside my skin and the humans at Kaleidoscope said it was extremely infected. I didn't know what that meant, I just wanted the pain to stop. They cleaned me up and gave me some treats that eased my pain. I was really terrified but it was so great to feel a little better and get some yummy food in my belly. Next thing I knew, I woke up without my painful leg...what a relief! I've had no problem walking or adjusting to my new and improved life. And, even though I only have 3 legs, I don't have any special needs. I'm learning that toys are really fun and I absolutely love scratch pads! I like to roll around and my favorite thing is food! I get along fine with the other kitties but I'd be perfectly happy on my own too. I definitely don't like dogs though! As for kids, as long as they're gentle and like to play, I'm in!
