Peter's Story

Peters journey has been a remarkable one. Originally coming to us from a feral colony, he spent his first month keeping his distance and carefully observing the world around him. Then, little by little, his true personality began to shine through. What started as small signs of trust quickly blossomed into a complete transformation, and just a few months later, Peter revealed himself to be the sweet, affectionate cat we always hoped he could be.

Now residing in teen room, Peter is embracing indoor life and adjusting wonderfully. While he may still be a bit shy when meeting new people, he warms up with patience, kindness and his personal favorite, food. Once he feels comfortable, you'll see the charming young cat underneath.

If there's one thing Peter loves most its food! Mealtime is the highlight of his day, and he simply can't contain his excitement. You'll often find him weaving around your legs, eagerly anticipating his meal and hoping for a tasty snack or two.

Peter is an energetic young orange tabby who thrives in the company of other cats. He gets along great with his feline friends and would do best in a home with another cat to help him continue building confidence and provide companionship.

Peter has come so far from his colony days, and now he's ready to find a patient, loving family who will appreciate his gentle spirit, playful energy, and enthusiasm for all things food related.

If you are interested in Peter, call our office at (831) 634-1191 for more information or fill out and online adoption application.
