Peter's Story

Meet our big boy Peter. Peter had a rough start to life. Abandoned by his owner, his non-breakaway collar was almost in embedded into his neck. The people on the block that he was rescued from would not feed him so he was seen eating trash and plastic. When he was rescued, he was scared. It took him time to warm up to his foster mom. But he is now the biggest ham in the house. All he wants to do is snuggle with his humans. He also absolutely loves other kitties and hangs out with his foster siblings regularly, and has even taken to grooming them. He is a house favorite over here. Peter is FIV+ but he is asymptomatic and he is very healthy and did we mention chubby?? If anyone deserves a second chance at life, it is Peter. Could that be with you?
