Peter's Story

Meet Peter!
Born around April 17, 2026, Peter may be the smallest of the bunch, but he has a personality that's larger than life! This sweet little guy is sure to become someone's devoted sidekick. He loves being close to his people and isn't shy about letting you know when it's time for ear scratches or a cozy lap cuddle.
Peter is happiest snuggled up with his favorite human, purring away—at least until he spots his littermates having fun. Then his playful side takes over, and he's off to join the adventure before returning for more cuddles.
If you're looking for a loving kitten who will happily be your little shadow, Peter is ready to steal your heart.

If you are interested in adopting the first step is to go to our website and fill out an application. https://placingpawsrescue.org/applications/cat-application/

The adoption fee is $175. ($50.00 reduction in adoption fee for a pair). ADOPTION FEE: The adoption donation includes spay or neuter, microchip, age appropriate shots, deworming, flea preventative and a negative FIV/Luekemia test. ADOPTION PROCESS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an application online at www.placingpawsrescue.org. Once we review the applications, those applicants that are thought to be a good match will be contacted as quickly as possibly. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are all volunteers. Then a telephone interview will take place and references will be checked. We will then arrange for you to meet the cat or kitten. We put all of the known information in the animals description. If the animal is listed on the website, we are still accepting applications for that animal. We only remove the animal when the final adoption paperwork is signed. The best way to contact us is by email at placingpaws@yahoo.com. It is very difficult for the limited numbers of volunteers to return all calls. Thank you.
