Estimated DOB: 9/22/2025<br/>Adoption Fee: $300<br/><br/>Percy is one special little guy! Last November, a good samaritan reached to us after finding a kitten in the middle of the road. We quickly learned he was likely hit by a car - he had a sacral fracture and femur fracture. His prognosis was pretty scary, initially, but after a couple of months of cage rest and good pain meds, he is ready to find his forever home! One caveat - due to his previous fractures, the orthopedic surgeon empasized the importance of him staying lean. He cannot be an overwight adult cat or will likely need surgery on his previously-broken femur. His adopter will need to ensure he remains at a healthy weight for life.<br/><br/>Percy is incredibly playful! He wants to wrestle his foster siblings - big and small alike! One of his favorite hobbies is pouncing on the dogs when they are sleeping under a blanket - he LOVES to antagonize them. :) But once he's all played-out, he seeks me out to nap on my lap.<br/><br/>Percy has been around many cats and my three small dogs and will do fine in a house with other pets after slow introductions. Kittens do best with a buddy – Camp Kitten requires young cats to be adopted in pairs if there isn’t already a young cat or kitten in the home.<br/><br/>Percy is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.
