These two ladies are looking for a "Soft Landing" where they can coexist with an experienced foster/patient human.<br/><br/>These adult female cats at Suffolk Humane Society are a bonded pair seeking a very specific home. Nacho and Pepper were rescued from a hoarding situation and came into our care over one year ago. The other cats transferred into our care from this situation have been placed in loving furever homes! <br/><br/>Since coming into our care in July of 2024, they have made great strides! We have thoroughly enjoyed watching their remarkable progress! While they don't yet allow us to touch them (we're getting closer!), they have both found interactive toys that they enjoy playing with! Nacho loves her laser pointer and Pepper loves her motion activated interactive hide and seek toys! Nacho is adorable when she gets the zoomies! It's fun to see them learn how to "cat" in a safe, supportive environment. <br/><br/>For a patient "cat whisperer" person seeking quiet feline companionship (not lap cats), Pepper and Nacho may be for you!
