He has been with his brother Salty his whole life and would love to go to a forever home with him, they compliment each other perfectly. Pepper will be the first to wake up to you and want to be held, with Salty will explore the home to ensure it’s a safe place for the two of them. Either as a pair or by himself, this boy has overcome a lot of hard obstacles and now finally knows he is safe and loved. He just needs to find his family.
