PENNY's Story

Meet Penny, a fearless little nugget with a soft edge that’s still unfolding.
Penny loves to play, especially chase-and-pounce games with her siblings. Wand and streamer toys bring out her focus and athleticism, and when she’s done playing hard, she crashes just as hard. She has classic kitten mischief without being over-the-top, and she carries it all with an undeniably adorable face.
She’s still figuring out people. Penny doesn’t resist being handled, but she’s not yet an affectionate kitten and prefers to take things at her own pace. That said, her progress has been remarkable. She started out as the spiciest and scratchiest of the group and is now increasingly curious and accepting, watching humans closely and learning that they’re not so bad after all.
Penny is deeply bonded to her siblings and should go home with one of them. Other pets are and a home with older kids who can respect her boundaries would suit her best. She prefers quiet nap spots, ideally curled up with a sibling.
Independent, playful, and quietly brave, Penny is a kitten for someone who understands that trust is something you build, and that watching it grow can be just as rewarding as instant cuddles.
