She adores interactive play and seeks out attention with enthusiasm. When Miranda comes in for affection, her engine is already running: she purrs loudly through full-body rubs and happily presses herself as close as possible. She loves being near her people, often following them from room to room, and may even choose your head as a perfectly acceptable place to sit. She is still a shy girl and can be easily startled, especially in new situations or busy environments. Penguin takes her time observing before engaging, and she relies heavily on Miranda for reassurance and confidence. While she does enjoy play—romping after toys, boxes, or bottle caps—she approaches affection gently and on her own terms. Penguin shows connection through proximity, calm presence, and loyalty rather than bold cuddles.
