He was found dumped outside with his tuxedo sister Orca. He is a resilient boy, despite his rough start in life, he's confident and sweet. Penguin MUST have a playmate who can match his silly energy. If you don't have a buddy at home for Penguin, he can be adopted with his sister Orca or with another cat/kitten. We'll even give you a discount for adopting a pair of cats!
