Penelope is the perfect balance of playful and mellow! She was found small along with her sister, when she didn’t even know how to eat properly- but now is the healthiest, chattiest, little spunky and loving girl! She loves to greet people. She also likes to respond to you and join phone conversations. In her “spare time” she watches cat YouTube shows and plays the cat game on iPad with her sister.
