Peggy's Story

Meet Peggy! She’s a sweet kitten who was rescued from the shelter, scared and unsure of the world. At first, Peggy spent most of her time hiding, but now she’s learning to trust and come out of her shell. She’s a curious girl who enjoys exploring the house, playing with her toys, and lounging on the cat tree for naps.
While Peggy has made great progress, she’s still shy about being touched or held, but she’s learning, especially when treats are involved! She finds comfort in the company of other cats and would do best with a friendly cat or kitten companion to bond with and feel safe. She would also do best in a quiet, patient home that gives her time to continue building confidence. Peggy is a gentle soul who just needs love, patience, and a safe place to truly be herself.

Email info@habitat4paws.org for more on adopting Diamond.

**Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. For more on our adoption policies, please see the "Adopt" page of our website, www.habitat4paws.org.
