Pecos's Story
Please help us welcome Pecos to Five Friends

This sweet girl was found about a month ago after she was dumped at a local cat colony A lot of times people see someone feeding cats and figure it's a good spot to drop off their cat they no longer want.

Pecos was immediately friendly and was able to be "trapped" by being picked up and put in a carrier. Her finder was able to keep her until we were able to officially intake her which is a huge help to us.

Yesterday, Pecos went to our vet and got checked out. She is estimated to be between 2-3 years old. Her heart and lungs sound good and she's put on some weight since coming inside - she is 10 lbs now. She's super soft and her coat looks great. She got her vaccines and was combo tested - she is negative for feline leukemia and FIV. She also had a fecal done, had her ears cleaned, and got her nails trimmed

Now that Pecos is current on her vetting, she is ready to find a home. She's such a loving girl from the moment you meet her and she deserves the same love in return

Pecos is currently being fostered with other cats and does well with them.

To apply to adopt, please fill out our application:

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRF/Cat
