The ER wanted to euthanize him, but his foster dad knew better and gave him a lot of love and TLC, and now he’s a healthy, young boy who’s still learning to relax, but that’s normal. Once he feels safe and loved, he will become more and more. He is ready for his forever home and to live a long happy life. We are so grateful for his foster dad and all he’s done for Peatches!!
