Hi… my name is Peanut, but the people here call me Pee Wee. <br/><br/>I’m a male, about two years old, and I’m a gentle little guy with a soft heart. I’m not the loud or flashy type—you’ll usually find me curled up quietly in a cozy corner, watching the world with calm eyes—but once I feel safe, I’ll melt right into your hands for pets and give you the sweetest purrs you’ve ever heard.<br/><br/>I didn’t expect to end up here. My person loved me very much, but when they lost their home, they made the heartbreaking choice to bring me somewhere safe—somewhere I could have a chance at the stability they couldn’t give me anymore. I miss them, and I’m still figuring out this new world, but I’m ready to love again. I have so much of it to give.<br/><br/>I’m gentle and easygoing, and the people caring for me here at the shelter. think I’d do well with other calm pets or kind, respectful kids—as long as I get a slow, patient introduction.
