Peachy's Story

Today we met Peachy and we fell in love! <br/>This sweet girl is 8 years old and is looking for a new home. Her owner was moving and couldnt take her along so left her behind with a relative who was going to surrender her to a shelter! As 8 year old cats dont do well in shelters, we asked one of our fosters if he would be willing to take her and he agreed. Peachy is perfect! She warmed up to us quickly and didnt mind when I picked her up to move her around for our photo session. She loves to receive affection and would roll over and expose her belly, showing how happy she was. She entertains herself with her catnip toys and acts like a young kitten when her foster brings out her fishing pole wand toy. Were not sure how she would do in a home with other animals as she has always been an only pet but we know she will make a great companion for some lucky person or family.
