Peaches's Story

Peaches is the best boy with so much love to give. He loves love and loves being around humans. He can be a bit much with his claws but he doesn’t realize he’s doing it when being pet on your lap. He also loves laying on the cat tree looking out the window. He showed up mangled from chin to stomach and on front legs on rescue entry. Peaches recovered from the injury but walks with a limp on his front right paw. Peaches is a love bug and looking for his human.

MeBo’s Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption policies are designed to ensure the best possible match between animals and adopters while prioritizing long-term welfare. Potential adopters must complete an adoption application and participate in a screening process that includes a review of housing, lifestyle, and ability to provide appropriate care. We require adopters to be at least 18 years of age and to provide valid identification. Landlord approval is required for renters. All adopted animals must be kept as companion animals and not used for breeding, resale, or neglectful purposes. Routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, shelter, and humane treatment are required. If an adopter can no longer care for an animal, it must be returned to our rescue rather than rehomed independently. Adoption fees help offset medical and care costs and support ongoing rescue efforts. These policies help ensure safe, responsible, and permanent placements.
