Meet Mr. Patrick, <br/><br/>This here is a once in a lifetime cat...an incredibly special young man. <br/><br/>Patrick showed up on a fosters doorstep with a massive ear hematoma, but was hesitant to recieve help. <br/><br/>By the time he made it in for surgery, his ear had begun to develop scar tissue inside. This complicated the drain placement and the healing process. The scar tissue has since shrunken down and resulted in the cutest little scrunchy ear. <br/><br/>Patrick showed incredible patience and gratitude during his healing process and things were looking great! <br/><br/>....Until <br/><br/>During a checkup we recieved very unfortunate news. <br/><br/>Patrick was diagnosed with stomatitis. <br/><br/>If you know about stomatitis, you know the solution is a full mouth extraction.... <br/><br/>So again, Patrick went into surgery, and was left with a gummy mouth void of teeth. <br/><br/>Patrick returned from his dental as if he had a new lease on life. He is more confident and playful with his kitty foster siblings, batting toys around all night.
