Patches's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Patches is just the best guy ever. The vet guesses he is maybe between 5 and 8 years old but we really aren't sure. He LOVES all the people. Little kids, big kids, adults...anyone willing to give him pets. He loves to follow his people around and be in the same room with you or better yet curled up with you. He doesn't really care for dogs but might adjust over time to a calm, disinterested dog. So far he has been pretty selective of the cats and would probably do best in a home that he doesn't have to share. He was found as a stray in southern Illinois and clearly had a rough life. He came up with really bad teeth and had a dental to get everything all cleaned up, he did have a couple of teeth pulled but is doing fine. He also has evidence of two very old scars on each eye but they thankfully don't seem to bother him at all. He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. He really deserves a nice cozy home to curl up in and get all the snuggles.

His adoption fee is $200

To adopt Patches, fill out an application at www.kakf.org/forms
